LDC International, Inc. designs spaces and buildings where people can enrich their business and social experience. Our services include architecture and interior design, with focus on space planning, problem solving and creative solutions. To serve our clients, in addition to general practice, we specialize in healthcare environments; Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Pharmacies and Physician Clinics. We focus on functional and space programming, technology planning and complex phased renovations. Our keen understanding of the healthcare industry, guidelines and codes, provides not only for healing spaces which support and improve outcomes, but also optimize current utilization and enhance the environments inhabited or occupied by the people they serve.

Established in 2002, we serve the State of Florida, Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland. LDC International, Inc. holds designation as Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) in the State of Florida. 

Our firm is known for providing timely Agengy for Health Care Administration (AHCA) approvals and inspections, attention to detail and ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assesment) drawings. Our team approach in design and construction yields on-time, on-budget and on-schedule equipment changeouts, technology planning  and renonations.

PROFESSIONALS
Antonio J. Amadeo, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, EDAC, AAHID is a professional who brings over 28 years experience in space planning with 14 years dedicated experience in health care design including serving as Director of Facilities Design and Development for Tampa General Hospital, a 988 bed private not-for-profit hospital in West Central Florida. Antonio holds a Master's of Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America. He is both a registered Architect and licensed Interior Designer. In addition to membership in The American Institute of Architects and the International Interior Design Association, he holds accreditation in Leedership, Energy and Evirionmental Design (LEED AP), Evidence Based Design (EDAC), American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers (AAHID) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Ryan A. Murphy serves as Intern Architect, responsible for design production. He is also pursuing studies in the Master's of Architecture program at The University of South Florida. With strong graphic ability in support of design, he brings a new level of service to the firm. He has been reponsible for production of technical documents in technology planning and the areas of ICRA (Infection Control Risk Assessment) and AHCA (Agency for Healthcare Administration) for our healthcare clients.
